Softball Recap: Leedey Now 8-1 over Last Nine Games

Leedey hadn't beaten Arnett on the road since August 18, 2020 but that history sure didn't bother them on Friday. The Bison blew past the Wildcats 13-1. The Bison might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matches by six runs or more this season.

Leedey is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Arnett, their loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 6-9.

Coming up, Leedey will take on Mooreland at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Arnett, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 10-4 defeat against Hydro-Eakly on the 29th.
