Soccer Game Preview: Deming vs. Santa Teresa

The Deming Wildcats will square off against the Santa Teresa Desert Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Thursday, Deming came up short against Silver and fell 4-2. Deming have struggled against Silver recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Eduardo Perez wasn't going to let Silver walk away unscathed as he scored both of Deming's goals, bringing his season total up to two goals.

Meanwhile, Santa Teresa didn't have quite enough to beat Chaparral on Thursday and fell 2-1.

Deming's loss dropped their record down to 6-9-1. As for Santa Teresa, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-3.

Everything went Deming's way against Santa Teresa in their previous meeting back in August, as Deming made off with a 3-0 win. Do the Wildcats have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Desert Warriors turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
