Recap: Brookville Raiders vs. Oil City Oilers
The Brookville Raiders lost against the Oil City Oilers back in December of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Brookville fell 41-34 to Oil City.
Brookville's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Kerstyn Davie, who scored 12 points along with 7 rebounds and 3 steals. Davie scored a full 35.3% of Brookville's points, the second time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Bentley Hughey, who scored 10 points along with 5 rebounds.
Brookville's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Oil City, the win got them back to even at 1-1.
Brookville will be playing in front of their home fans against Keystone at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Oil City is on the road again on Monday and play against Titusville at 7:15 p.m. on December 11th.
