Chino's and Chaffey's matchup on Wednesday was close at halftime, but Chino turned on the heat in the second half with three goals. The Chino Cowboys' defense stepped up to hand the Chaffey Tigers a 4-0 shutout. The Cowboys might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by three goals or more this season.

The victory got Chino back to even at 7-7-2. As for Chaffey, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-9-1 record this season.

Chino will welcome Don Lugo at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Chaffey, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Chaffey challenge the Diamond Ranch at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
