The Bears were beaten by the Nazareth Area Blue Eagles 43-6 on Thursday. The Bears have struggled against the Blue Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Pleasant Valley's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Nazareth Area, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-1.

Coming up, Pleasant Valley will head out to square off against East Stroudsburg North at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
