Softball Recap: St. Cecilia Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for St. Cecilia, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They never let the Ralston Rams get on the board and left with a 3-0 victory on Saturday. The three-run effort marked the Bluehawks' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

St. Cecilia let Avery Kissinger and Kyler Weidner run wild. Kissinger went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double, while Weidner went 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. That double was Kissinger's first of the season.

St. Cecilia's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Ralston, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-2 record.

Coming up, St. Cecilia will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Centura at 6:30 p.m. As for Ralston, they will take on Douglas County West at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
