Baseball Recap: Liberty County Comes Up Short

Liberty County lost against Southeast Bulloch last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Panthers lost 13-2 to the Yellow Jackets. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Liberty County saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Caden Chancey, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

Liberty County's defeat dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Southeast Bulloch, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-11 record this season.

While Liberty County had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
