Softball Recap: Towns County Comes Up Short

Towns County lost against Lincoln County back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Indians fell 6-1 to the Red Devils. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Towns County saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Scotlyn Fain, who went 1-for-4 with one RBI.

Towns County's loss dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Lincoln County, their record is now 9-12.

Towns County wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 10-2 win against East Jackson on the 6th. As for Lincoln County, they have also already played their next game, an 11-3 defeat against Oglethorpe County on the 7th.
