Zander Perez Game Report: @ Round Valley

Opposing passers better start keeping an eye on Zander Perez: he recorded his first sack on Friday and we're guessing he's looking for more. He also made seven total tackles (1.0 for loss), but sadly Show Low still had to take a 28-21 loss at the hands of Round Valley. We certainly expect to see more performances from Perez considering he's already seeing the field as a sophomore.

Looking ahead, Perez and Show Low will take on Blue Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Sadly, Perez's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Cougars' five-game streak of wins on the road. With the streak broken, Perez and the Cougars surely have a bit of extra motivation heading into Friday's match.
