Baseball Recap: Forest Park Takes a Loss

After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last three matchups, Forest Park finally came back down to earth on Saturday. They came up short against the Cambridge Bears, falling 10-0.

Forest Park now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Cambridge, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Forest Park will challenge Creekside at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Seminoles' pitching crew has only allowed 3.8 runs per game this season, so the Panthers' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Cambridge, they will welcome Seckinger at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
