Football Recap: Passaic County Tech Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Passaic County Tech couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They were outmatched by the West Orange Mountaineers and fell 34-0. The contest marked the first time this year in which the Bulldogs were not able to get on the board.

A big part of West Orange's victory came down to the chemistry between Elianna Denis and her top target Nola Duncan. Denis threw for 184 yards and three touchdowns while completing 81.5% of her passes while Duncan picked up 116 receiving yards and one TD.

With the loss, Passaic County Tech broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-2. As for West Orange, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 7-1-1.

As of now, neither Passaic County Tech nor the Mountaineers have any future games scheduled.
