Soccer Recap: Benet Academy Takes Down Metea Valley in a Playoff Battle

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Benet Academy walked away with it. They never let the Metea Valley Mustangs get on the board and left with a 1-0 win on Tuesday. Ruslan Holubec had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Benet Academy.

Benet Academy's victory bumped their record up to 11-4-3. As for Metea Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 6-14-2.

Benet Academy has already played their next matchup, a 7-2 defeat against Lockport on the 24th. Metea Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
