Friday just wasn't the day for Memphis's offense. They were beaten by the Wheeler Mustangs 55-0 on Friday. Having soared to a lofty 35 points in the game before, the Cyclones' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Creed Newkirk went supernova For Wheeler., rushing for 96 yards and two TDs on only six carries, while also throwing for 83 yards and three touchdowns while completing 71.4% of his passes. Christopher Gallardo was another key player, rushing for 90 yards and one score on only eight carries.
