Basketball Recap: Kimberton Waldorf's Victory on Sunday Extends Winning Streak to 12

Kimberton Waldorf had already won 11 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 38 points) and they went ahead and made it 12 on Sunday. They enjoyed a cozy 39-21 win over the Steiner Dragons. The Bulls' offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.

Leading Kimberton Waldorf to victory were Ciara O'Hara and Camron Nixon. O'Hara posted 16 points along with five rebounds and three steals, while Nixon dropped a double-double on 12 points and 13 boards. The game was O'Hara's tenth in a row with at least 15 points. Another player making a difference was Aedlin Armistead, who put up two points in addition to five boards and three blocks.

Kimberton Waldorf smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in seven consecutive matchups.
