Soccer Game Preview: Bravo vs. Franklin

Bravo is preparing for their first league matchup of the season on Friday. They will venture away from home to face off against the Franklin Panthers at 4:30 p.m. Both teams beat their previous opponents by a single goal, so this matchup might be just as contested.

Bravo proved they can win big last Monday (they won by six) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out Robert F. Kennedy Community 4-3. Bravo haven't had any issues with Robert F. Kennedy Community recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Wednesday Franklin sidestepped Northridge Academy for a 2-1 victory.

Bravo now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Franklin, their win bumped their record up to 2-3.

Bravo skirted past Franklin 1-0 when the teams last played back in February. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Knights since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
