Softball Recap: Four Straight Road Wins for Kennedy

Kennedy put their dominant pitchers on display in the team's fourth consecutive shutout on Saturday. They never let the Waterloo West Wahawks get on the board and left with a 2-0 win. The Cougars haven't had any issues with the Wahawks recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Kennedy's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-10. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.3 runs over those games. As for Waterloo West, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 12 of their last 15 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-24 record this season.

As of now, neither Kennedy nor Waterloo West have any future games scheduled.
