Southwest Georgia Academy barely beat Crisp Academy the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Warriors were the clear victors by a 12-4 margin over the Wildcats on Thursday. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by eight runs or more this season.

Southwest Georgia Academy is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.9 runs on average over those games. As for Crisp Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 9-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Southwest Georgia Academy will take on Southland Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Crisp Academy, they will venture away from home to square off against Valwood at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
