Soccer Recap: Montebello Comes Up Short

Montebello was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the San Gabriel Matadors. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Oilers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 two weeks ago.

Montebello's loss dropped their record down to 3-14-3. As for San Gabriel, their victory bumped their record up to 13-8-3.

As of now, neither Montebello nor San Gabriel have any future games scheduled.
