The Jackson Red Devils will square off against the Cairo Syrupmakers at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Jackson will be strutting in after a victory while Cairo will be coming in after a loss.

Jackson is looking to give their home crowd another W after opening their season at home on Tuesday. They never let Spalding get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. The Red Devils not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since March 14, 2025 (when they won 15-0).

Meanwhile, Cairo had to start their season on the road on Tuesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They lost 13-3 to Cook.
