Baseball Recap: Holbrook Bulldogs vs. Atlantis
Holbrook couldn't beat Atlantis on Friday even though they stacked five runs on them in the seventh inning. The Bulldogs fell 12-8 to Atlantis. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Atlantis this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-14 on May 4th.
John Ventosi was huge no matter where he played even without the win. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Ventosi was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double. Those hits marked the first that he has got this season.
