Oroville came into Friday's match looking for another win against Gridley, but Brook Marr wouldn't allow it. The Gridley Bulldogs came out on top against the Oroville Tigers by a score of 58-47 on Friday thanks to Marr, who almost dropped a double-double with 28 points and nine boards. That makes it four consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Gridley's points.

Gridley has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 9-16 record this season. As for Oroville, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 9-18.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Gridley will venture away from home to face off against Yreka at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Oroville, they are taking a road trip to square off against Winters at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
