Football Recap: Roosevelt Falls Short of Academy of Holy Angels in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Roosevelt can now relate to. They took a blow against the Academy of Holy Angels Stars on Saturday, falling 35-0. While losing is never fun, the Teddies can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota football rankings (they are ranked 248th, while the Stars are ranked 86th).

With the loss, Roosevelt broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 3-6. As for Academy of Holy Angels, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-1.
