Football Recap: Strong Effort on D from Jayce Gatson and Andrew Watkins Leads Mountainside over Kingman Academy

Mountainside won the last time they faced Kingman Academy and Daniel Gregg did his part to make sure it happened again. The Wolves blew past the Tigers 47-0 on Thursday for which the team can thank Gregg, who rushed for 95 yards and three scores. He didn't just play on offense: he also forced one fumble and made four total tackles (1.0 for loss).

One reason for the win was Mountainside's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for eight sacks. The heavy lifting was done by Jayce Gatson and Andrew Watkins, who racked up five sacks between them.
