Soccer Recap: St. Francis Has No Trouble Against Del Oro

St. Francis kept a clean sheet against Del Oro on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Del Oro Golden Eagles with a sharp 3-0 win. This was a revenge game for the Troubadours: when they faced off against the Golden Eagles back in January, they had to take a 3-0 loss.

St. Francis is also on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5-4 record this season. As for Del Oro, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-2-4.

St. Francis has already played their next match (against Oak Ridge), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Del Oro will host Folsom at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Del Oro's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
