Baseball Recap: Elmwood Royals vs. Hopewell-Loudon Chieftains

It may have taken nine innings to finish the job, but Elmwood ultimately got the result they hoped for on Saturday. They walked away with an 11-8 win over the Hopewell-Loudon Chieftains. The Royals have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Chieftains, too.

Ryken Zeigler was incredible, going a perfect 5-for-5 with four RBI and two runs. That's the most RBI he has posted over his last 11 matchups. Another player making a difference was Adam Abke, who went 2-for-5 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
