It may have taken extra minutes to finish the job, but Academy for Technology and The Classics ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Santa Fe Prep Blue Griffins, sneaking past 2-1. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Academy for Technology and The Classics was the better team in the second half.

The victory got Academy for Technology and The Classics back to even at 4-4. As for Santa Fe Prep, the defeat snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 8-2 record.
