Soccer Recap: Yeshiva University of Los Angeles (YULA) Takes a Loss

Yeshiva University of Los Angeles (YULA) was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They came up short against the Le Lycee Lions, falling 8-1. The Panthers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 4-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Joey Sitbon, who's now up to two this season.

Yeshiva University of Los Angeles (YULA)'s loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Le Lycee, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Yeshiva University of Los Angeles (YULA) will take on Wildwood in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Le Lycee, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Pacifica Christian/Santa Monica at 3:45 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
