Martin County will be up against a hot Grandview Prep squad: the team just extended their winning streak to eight. Grandview Prep claimed a resounding 73-28 victory over Saint Andrew's. Given the Pride's advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked fourth, while the Scots are ranked 137th), the result on Saturday wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Martin County waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They breezed by the Broncos to the tune of 78-32.

Martin County's win came from a few key players Grandview Prep will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Karolina Ramirez, who posted 14 points. Another player making a difference was Becca Witt, who put up 17 points.

Martin County's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-5. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.7 points per game. As for Grandview Prep, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season.
