Softball Recap: Keokuk Takes a Loss

Keokuk was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They came up short against the Solon Spartans, falling 10-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Chiefs of the 10-4 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in June of 2024.

Keokuk's defeat dropped their record down to 2-19. As for Solon, their win bumped their record up to 15-11.

Keokuk has already played their next game (against Regina), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Solon, they have also already played their next contest, a 5-4 victory against Fairfield on the 28th.
