West Lyon put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured an 8-7 W against the Sioux City East Black Raiders.

West Lyon's win was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 22-0. As for Sioux City East, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-9.

West Lyon has already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Sergeant Bluff-Luton on the 28th. As for Sioux City East, they will venture away from home to face off against Lincoln at 5:30 p.m. on July 7.
