Baseball Recap: Buckeye Central Bucks vs. Carey Blue Devils
Buckeye Central had lost nine straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Monday they dropped down to 5-18 to make it ten. They came up short against the Carey Blue Devils, falling 8-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Blue Devils this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-1 back in April.
As for Carey, they are on a roll lately: they've won 15 of their last 16 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-3 record this season. The result was nothing new for Carey, who have now won 11 contests by seven runs or more so far this season.
