Having struggled with five losses in a row, Shannon turned things around against Corinth on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Warriors by a score of 66-59. The Red Raiders' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Meanwhile, Oxford was fully in charge on Tuesday, breezing past Lafayette 74-24. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

Shannon's win bumped their record up to 2-7. As for Oxford, their victory bumped their record up to 8-0.

Shannon came up short against Oxford in their previous meeting back in January, falling 61-56. Can the Red Raiders avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
