Baseball Recap: Commerce Takes a Loss

Commerce came into this matchup off a tough nine-run loss last Tuesday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of the Clarke Central Gladiators by a score of 5-3 on Saturday. The defeat continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Gladiators: they've now lost three in a row.

Commerce's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Clarke Central, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-5.
