Northridge lost against Newark Catholic back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Vikings lost 3-0 to the Green Wave. The Vikings' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-10, 25-18.

Northridge's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Newark Catholic, they pushed their record up to 3-0 with the victory, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Northridge will challenge rival Mt. Vernon at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Newark Catholic is set to square off against their familiar foe Zanesville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
