Soccer Recap: Shafter Takes a Loss

Shafter lost to Wasco back in February of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Generals fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 3-2.

Shafter's defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 3-1-1 and their overall record down to 10-3-2. As for Wasco, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-8.

Shafter wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 4-1 victory against Chavez on the 22nd. As for Wasco, they have also already played their next contest, a 4-0 loss against McFarland on the 22nd.
