Soccer Game Preview: Redlands vs. Yucaipa

Redlands is 0-9-1 against Yucaipa since February of 2020 but things could change on Thursday. The Redlands Terriers will look to defend their home pitch against the Yucaipa Thunderbirds at 5:30 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Redlands is headed into Thursday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their sixth straight game on Tuesday. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of Cajon. That's two games in a row now that the Terriers have lost by just one goal.

Meanwhile, neither Yucaipa nor Redlands East Valley could gain the upper hand on Tuesday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Redlands' defeat dropped their record down to 5-8-6. Yucaipa's draw gives them a new season record of 6-8-2.
