Soccer Recap: Drew Comes Up Short

After soaring to six goals the game before, Drew was a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They came up short against the Forest Park Panthers, falling 5-1. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Drew of the 4-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.

Their goal came courtesy of Oscar Garcia, who's now up to five this season.

Drew's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Forest Park, their record now sits at 7-3.

Drew wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Mays on the 25th. As for Forest Park, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 10-0 defeat against McIntosh on the 22nd.
