Recap: Purchase Line Red Dragons vs. Curwensville Golden Tide
The Purchase Line Red Dragons scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Wednesday. They breezed by Curwensville on the road to the tune of 74-12. The team's offensive explosion also rewarded Purchase Line with their most commanding win of the season.
Purchase Line's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Brooklyn Syster led the charge by almost dropping a triple-double on 15 points, nine rebounds, and 12 steals. Another player making a difference was Jianna Hopkins, who scored 19 points along with six assists and five rebounds.
Purchase Line's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-15. As for Curwensville, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-18.
Purchase Line does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Curwensville, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Clearfield at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
