Soccer Game Preview: Dooly County vs. Wheeler County

The Dooly County Bobcats will head out on the road to take on the Wheeler County Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Dooly County will be coming into the match with an undefeated record on the line.

Wheeler County better have a healthy lead at halftime, because if last week is any indication, that's when Dooly County really get things going. Dooly County was the clear victors by a 7-2 margin over Irwin County on Thursday. It was an even better day for Jesus Vega as he scored three goals for his team.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Bulldogs on Friday. Wheeler County lost 9-0 to Georgia Military College. Wheeler County has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Wheeler County's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Dooly County, their win bumped their record up to 7-0.

Everything went Dooly County's way against Wheeler County in their previous matchup back in March of 2022, as Dooly County made off with a 3-0 victory. Will Dooly County repeat their success, or does Wheeler County have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
