Soccer Recap: Truckee Takes Down Ranked Carson

Truckee is ranked highly in their home state and on Saturday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of Carson. The Wolverines came out on top against the Senators by a score of 3-1. This was payback for Truckee, who suffered a 1-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

The win got Truckee back to even at 2-2. As for Carson, this is the second loss in a row for them and also nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Truckee didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 5-1 victory against Lowry on the 22nd. As for Carson, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Spanish Springs on the 19th.
