Cloverdale is 9-1 against Lower Lake since January of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Cloverdale Eagles will host the Lower Lake Trojans at 6:30 p.m. The timing is sure in Cloverdale's favor as the team sits on three straight wins at home while Lower Lake has been banged up by seven consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.

Cloverdale is headed into the matchup out to prove that what happened against Kelseyville on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Cloverdale lost 46-21 to Kelseyville. The contest marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, Lower Lake posted their closest victory since January 16, 2024 on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 45-42 win over Clear Lake.

Cloverdale's loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Lower Lake, their victory bumped their record up to 6-9.

Cloverdale took their win against Lower Lake when the teams last played back in February of 2024 by a conclusive 60-40. Will Cloverdale repeat their success, or does Lower Lake have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
