Soccer Game Preview: Pacifica vs. Oxnard + How To Watch

The Pacifica Tritons will head out on the road to face off against the Oxnard Yellowjackets at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Pacifica's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for seven straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Pacifica is likely headed into the contest with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against Santa Barbara on Thursday. The Tritons took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dons. Pacifica fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against Santa Barbara since Thursday.

Meanwhile, Oxnard's game on Thursday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They never let Ventura get on the board and left with a 1-0 win. Oxnard's winning goal came courtesy of Ashley Herrera.

Oxnard's victory bumped their record up to 7-3-5. As for Pacifica, their loss dropped their record down to 2-7-3.
