Rocklin extended their postseason success on Thursday against Vista del Lago. They never let the Vista del Lago Eagles get on the board and left with a 7-0 win. The Thunder's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three games.

Their offense was hitting Vista del Lago from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Gia Costanzo led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Rocklin pushed their record up to 12-2 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those three contests. As for Vista del Lago, their loss dropped their record down to 9-8.

Looking ahead, Rocklin will square off against West Park at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. West Park's last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. Vista del Lago does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
