Softball Recap: MFL MarMac Comes Up Short

MFL MarMac was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat. They came up short against the Central City Wildcats, falling 8-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-0 back in May.

MFL MarMac's loss dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Central City, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 18-12 record this season.

MFL MarMac has already played their next game (against North Fayette Valley), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Central City, they have also already played their next contest, a 9-0 win against Easton Valley on the 30th.
