Soccer Game Preview: Golden Valley vs. Tehachapi

The Golden Valley Bulldogs are taking a road trip to challenge the Tehachapi Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Last Friday, Golden Valley came up short against Arvin and fell 3-1.

Meanwhile, Tehachapi entered their tilt with West on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They put the hurt on the Vikings with a sharp 9-0 win. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matchups by five goals or more this season.

Tehachapi is also on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a massive bump to their 13-5-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up three goals over those eight contests. As for Golden Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 5-9-3.

Golden Valley came up short against Tehachapi when the teams last played back in January, falling 3-1. Can Golden Valley avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
