Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Preuss UCSD). Their defense stepped up to hand the Bostonia Global Lobos a 13-0 shutout on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Tritons sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Preuss UCSD's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-7. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those five games. As for Bostonia Global, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Coincidentally, Preuss UCSD and Bostonia Global will both be playing Mountain Empire the next time they take the pitch. Preuss UCSD will head out to face Mountain Empire at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, while Bostonia Global will host them at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
