Softball Recap: Guthrie Comes Up Short

Guthrie lost against Piedmont back in August and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bluejays fell 9-6 to the Wildcats.

Guthrie's loss dropped their record down to 12-15-1. As for Piedmont, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-10 record this season.

Guthrie does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Piedmont, they will face off against Carl Albert at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
