There's no place like home for Texas, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They blew past the North Lamar Panthers 3-0 on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Tigers have posted against the Panthers since August 16, 2022.

Texas walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-15, 25-23.

Texas got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Sydney Woods out in front who had 11 digs and one assist. The team also got some help courtesy of Acasia Nelson, who had nine digs and one assist.

With the win, Texas broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-5. As for North Lamar, their loss dropped their record down to 5-3.

Coincidentally, Texas and North Lamar will both be playing Liberty-Eylau the next time they take the court. The Panthers will head out to face the Leopards at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Tigers will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
