Volleyball Recap: Washington-Liberty Takes a Loss

Washington-Liberty was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wakefield Warriors. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in September.

Washington-Liberty's loss dropped their record down to 2-18-1. As for Wakefield, their victory ended a five-match drought on the road and puts them at 6-12.

Washington-Liberty wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Yorktown on the 23rd. As for Wakefield, they have also already played their next match, a 3-2 win against Herndon on the 23rd.
