Soccer Recap: Temple City Takes a Loss

Temple City lost against La Canada two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Temple City Rams lost 3-0 to the La Canada Spartans. While losing is never fun, the Rams can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 515th, while the Spartans are ranked 60th).

Temple City's loss dropped their record down to 7-10-1. As for La Canada, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-1-2.

Temple City does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for La Canada, they will look to defend their home pitch on February 12th against Mater Dei at 5:00 p.m. La Canada is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.9 goals per game this season.
